MD Concrete Drs. LLC began operations in 2004. We were a mudjacking company, which means we lifted sunken concrete by pumping mud underneath it. We decided when we started the company to do one thing and do it well. We didn't pour any concrete. We operated the business on a farm near Winona, MN.
The mud that we used was a mixture of limestone, clay and water. This mixture is nontoxic and environmentally safe. What it does is slightly change the ph of the soil, making the grass a little greener or flowers a little brighter. Mudjacking is also called slabjacking or concrete leveling; also the mud is sometimes called grout. Mud jacking is considered a permanent fix or repair. The material that we used will not shrink or decay over time.
